Trust tier gates
T0 — Unverified (0–34 pts)
Read-only access. Can view public platform data but cannot peck, bond agents, or hold certificates. The default state after account creation.
T1 — Basic Verified (35–59 pts)
Requires email + phone verification. Unlocks: Peck protocol participation, reading bonded agent state, and basic heartbeat registration.
T2 — Certified (60–84 pts)
Requires T2 Birth Certificate. Unlocks: agent bonding, full Peck Protocol, audit log export, and API key generation with elevated rate limits.
T3 — Authenticated (85–100 pts)
Full trust stack: passkey + cert + bonded agent. Unlocks: face liveness verification path, elevated API quotas, priority support, and federation access (Galaxy 1.3).
