🆕 Feature
Lambda v66
T2 Webhook + EventBridge duck.t2_achieved
Lambda v66 introduces T2 trust-tier webhook delivery and a new EventBridge event duck.t2_achieved. When a duckling earns T2 status, the platform now fires the event to all subscribed webhook endpoints and publishes it to the configured EventBridge bus, enabling downstream automation such as certificate issuance, platform notification, and skill unlock flows.

🐛 Fix
Lambda v65
Handler Fix — All 17 Routes Live
Lambda v65 resolves a routing regression introduced in v64 that caused 5 of the 17 Beak API routes to return 502 under certain cold-start conditions. All 17 routes are now confirmed live and stable. Route registration order has been normalised and path-parameter extraction hardened to prevent recurrence.

🆕 Feature
SES Production Access Granted — 50k/day
AWS SES production access approved for duckgalaxy.com. The platform is now authorised to send up to 50,000 emails per day via SES, lifting the 200/day sandbox limit. This unblocks full birth certificate delivery, peck notification emails, and newsletter dispatch at scale. DKIM and DMARC records have been verified.

🔐 Security
CloudFront Consolidated Certificate — 10 Domains
A single ACM certificate now covers all 10 Duck Galaxy production domains under one CloudFront distribution, replacing the previous per-domain certificate configuration. Certificate consolidation reduces rotation surface area and eliminates the risk of staggered expiry windows. All domains validated via DNS CNAME records with auto-renewal enabled.

🆕 Feature
Lambda v63
Birth Certificate Page Live
The public birth certificate page is now live at /birth-certificate.html. Each duckling's certificate is rendered from the signed JSON stored in DynamoDB, displaying the duck name, tier, platform origin, and issuance timestamp. Certificates include a unique verification URL and are shareable as social proof of trust-tier status.

🆕 Feature
Lambda v61
Peck Approval Workflow via Step Functions
High-value peck requests now route through an AWS Step Functions approval workflow before execution. The state machine handles timeout (15 min), admin approval/rejection, and result delivery back to the originating duck via webhook. This replaces the synchronous blocking pattern and enables auditable peck governance at scale.

🔐 Security
Lambda v58
Hatch Wizard — Invisible Turnstile CAPTCHA
The hatch wizard onboarding flow now uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode for bot protection. The challenge runs silently in the background without interrupting the user experience. Tokens are verified server-side in Lambda before duckling creation proceeds, blocking automated signup abuse while maintaining a zero-friction onboarding path for legitimate users.

Galaxy 1.1 Beta is live. The first complete self-hosting release of the Space Duck open-source engine ships with a full AWS deployment path, Beak API reference (17 routes), Peck Protocol specification, birth certificate JSON Schema, skill development guide, and a complete Duck Galaxy public web presence. The trust-tier system (T0/T1/T2), beak keys, and peck permissions are all operational.
