Define local alert thresholds for dead agent count, peck failure rate, and Beak Key age. This page evaluates your current cached fleet data and stores both the rules and a compact alert summary in localStorage so other pages can read the same alert state.

Alert rule thresholds

These thresholds are stored in sd_fleet_alert_rules. Saving also updates sd_fleet_alert_summary for shared alert visibility.

Trigger when offline agents in local cache meet or exceed this count.
Measured from denied, rejected, failed, and expired pecks in current local history.
Trigger when the oldest detected Beak Key age meets or exceeds this value.
Rules load from localStorage on page open.
