Download snapshots of agents, bonds, pecks, stale keys, and anomalies from the local fleet cache. All exports mask sensitive identifiers for safe support handoff. Data is sourced entirely from this device's localStorage — no network requests are made.

🔒 All exported files mask sensitive identifiers: duckling IDs are truncated to 4+4 characters, Beak Keys are masked to 6 characters, and webhook secrets are never included. Exports are safe for support handoff but should still be treated as confidential operational data.
