Step 2 — Verify your identity
Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send a 6-digit verification code.
Step 3 — Restore account access
Your identity has been verified. Set a new password to restore access to your account.
Access Restored
Your account has been successfully recovered. All active sessions have been revoked for security.
🆘 Last Resort — Identity Re-Proofing
If all recovery methods fail, our support team can manually verify your identity and restore access through a supervised re-proofing process.
This requires submitting government-issued ID and typically takes 1–3 business days. Your account data will be preserved.
